Summary: A collection of thought drabbles. No lemon, not very fluffy.

	1. Chapter 1

A Collection of drabbles ( I think I used that right) That show utena and Anthy's thought during some of the show. Some moments, like this, are made up but usually something that could have happened in the show, or at least I think so.

Anthy returned in the evening from visiting her brother. Utena glanced over at her, and the usual inexplicable butterflies fluttered in her belly. But, also as usual, Anthy seemed strangely quiet on such nights. Her mind was elsewhere. Utena watched as Anthy sat at her desk, motionless, silent, not acknowledging Utena, looking troubled and uneasy. Utena sighed, looking away. Whatever went on when Anthy went to her brother's room was none of Utena's business, but she still worried.

She stirred her hot chocolate, and an odd thought went through her head. What would Anthy do if she thought I was troubled?Utena didn't really know, but she had an idea any way.

She poured Anthy some hot chocolate and put marshmallows in it, in the shape of a smiley face.

She set it down in front of Anthy and sat down next to her.

Anthy's eyes got slightly wide when she looked at it, and then smiled at Utena. Utena's heart pounded with that simple appreciative glance. Thinking at least that she had improved Anthy's mood, Utena started to leave, when Anthy suddenly held onto her arm, hugging her for comfort. Startled, Utena first awkwardly sat, then hugged Anthy back. Both girls went to bed that night a little lighter at heart than they had been.

	2. Chapter 2

A drabble, Anthy's point of view, when Anthy's brother told her she must kill Utena.

She isn't your prince, you know this Anthy.

_She can't, she can't be my prince, she's a girl._

There is no other Way, Anthy.

_He's right, why dont I listen? _

Is it because she reminds you of him?

_No, that isnt it! I mean nothing is it! i mean, i dont know... _

Is it because she is the current dueling champ? You know you dont have to follow those silly rules!

_I know, its just... _

Just what?

_Just, just... I.. She.. _

What is it?

_I think..._

Think what, Anthy?

_It's because I think I love her._

	3. Chapter 3

Anthy's point of view.

After Anthy Stabbed Utena, she couldn't and didn't look at her.

She knew what she would see. Betrayal, horror, pain, shock, Anthy knew Utena would see through what she had to say,

and knew Utena would see she had been to weak to refuse to do this.

Utena would see she had failed. Utena would see that Anthy was just a miserable weak girl, and worst of all,

Anthy would see Utena begin to fade.. That strong, vibrant, vivacious, invincible girl, just...fall.....fade...and Anthy would rather have fallen with her.

So she wouldn't look.

	4. Chapter 4

Anthy's point of view last episode.

Anthy floated and waited for the knives.

She stared miserably, regretting every choice that had led up to here.

As she finally stole a glance at her so thought dead beloved, she instead saw a face full of pain peering back. Even almost dying, Anthy saw a face full of loyalty, love and fear for Anthy. Shocked, Anthy wondered,

Why does she not die?

Why not give up?

At least she knew an answer for that - Utena never gave up.

But why, why? Why did she still care what happened to Anthy?

Why didn't she just give up on me!?!? Thought Anthy. Doesn't she know?!

	5. Chapter 5

As Anthy sweated and struggled against the feeling of being stabbed repeatedly, she knew that she would be falling at the same time as Utena, but still, not with her.

End file.
